Marguerite Martin
TACOMA NARROWS
Marguerite Martin is our headliner for the event. A Tacoma real estate agent since 2005, Marguerite is also a blogger, and podcaster. In 2021, she was recognized by the National Association of Realtors as a Fair Housing Champion. During an event hosted by NAR and the Memorial Foundation, Inc. commemorating Fair Housing Month, “The Past, Present, and Future of Fair Housing,” hosted by Soledad O’Brien and featuring U.S. HUD Secretary Marcia Fudge. In 2016 she was awarded the the Popham Award by the Tacoma Chamber of Commerce which honors the individual in the City of Tacoma that has done the most to build community spirit.

Eric Sawyer
VANCOUVER - TECH CENTER
Our emcee is Eric Sawyer. Professionally, Eric had a little spin (pun intended) as a radio dj and sports broadcaster before settling into the real estate world as a mortgage broker for 10 years. An opportunity to step away from the mortgage world and join an amazing company coaching business owners on growth, succession planning, culture, and many other issues provided Eric with a fantastic 12 year career. In that span of time Eric tapped into his old broadcast days and began emceeing events for non-profits in the community, which led to his formation of the non-profit 100 Men Who Care.
